Earlier this week the UK PlayStation Store officially started another year of the 12 Deals of Christmas, and right now you can grab a 40% discount on Mad Max.
Each running for 48 hours, the twelve deals will discount one game at a time in the run up to Christmas. Starting with Metal Gear Solid V earlier this week, the new deal has Mad Max listed at £29.99, the price valid through 12 AM GMT on December 5th.
Our review of the game called it “a fun, if straightforward, open-world game that not only manages to offer an interesting world to explore, but fun and exciting things to do in it.”
Siting game elements like the scarcity of resources and the emphasis on car combat, “Avalanche Studios actually takes a handful of chances with Mad Max, some panning out better than others. The end result is an enjoyable take on the Mad Max character (Australian accent and all) that fans should be pleased with, and a solid, though slightly flawed, game of punching, smashing, and blowing things up to your heart’s delight.”
