It is wonderful to see the world of video games and cinema meet up every once in awhile. It is more proof to others out there that there is a mutual respect for both art forms. Hideo Kojima has shown this through people he’s worked with and met on his world wide tour.

Kojima and his once collaborator, Guillermo del Toro will have their own keynote speech at the D.I.C.E. Summit this year. Being called “A Conversation with Hideo Kojima and Guillermo del Toro,” it will focus on some of the creative processes for a director. They will also talk about some pivotal moments of their respective careers and how they help moving forward. The whole thing will be moderated by Geoff Keighley.

The last time these two got together, they made P.T. and no gamer slept for a month. Hopefully this will be more pleasant for the audience. This keynote will be held on February 18th at the D.I.C.E. Summit in Las Vegas.
