Turn 10 has announced that Forza Horizon and all of its DLC will no longer be available for sale after October 20th.

On October 20th, the game and all of its related DLC will be removed for sale forever. However, if you already own the game and the content, you will still be able to download and play the game after this date.

“While we’re revealing in the euphoria of launching a brand-new Forza game, I do have an important update regarding the original Forza Horizon,” the developer stated. “On October 20th, the original Forza Horizon for the Xbox 360 will reach ‘End of Life’ status. That means that the game and its associated DLC will no longer be available for purchase. Players who own Forza Horizon before that date will still be able to download and play the game and its associated content as normal. After that date, however, Forza Horizon and its associated DLC will no longer be for sale.”

Microsoft has announced the Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass. The pass will include the first two expansions of the game, with the first be released during the upcoming holiday season. The pass will run gamers $34.99. The announcement of the season pass came alongside the release of the game’s Ultimate Edition. This version of the game allows players to play the game a few days before the September 27th release. The Ultimate Edition includes two additional car packs, the Horizon 3 Car Pass, and VIP membership. For those who own the Ultimate Edition, the season pass will be available as a discounted price of $10.

Forza Horizon 3 will release for the Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs on September 27th.
