Square Enix has released two new videos showing off the differences between the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita versions of World of Final Fantasy.

The first video shows some differences in loading times from area to area, going into the battle mode, and exiting back into the level map after a battle. Overall the differences are minimal, but it is worth the watch if you are worried about which version is faster.

The second video shows some of the graphical differences during gameplay and during a cutscene. In respect to the abilities of both systems, a better picture is shown on the PlayStation 4. The most major differences are how the systems render water effects and objects in the distance. Both versions of the game run at 30 frames per second, but the PS4 has a resolution of 1080p and the Vita runs at 960 x 544.

In terms of content between the two games there is no difference. However ‘Versus’ and ‘Monster Trade’ are only available through Ad-hoc connectivity on the Vita.

World of Final Fantasy launches on October 25th for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. Read more about the reveal of Rikku, the Sephiroth summon, and details on the Collector’s Edition of World of Final Fantasy.
