World of Warcraft players are set to be rewarded with a new in game pet as part of the launch for Blizzard’s new MOBA, Heroes of the Storm. Players who reach level 20 in Heroes with be eligible to receive the Grave Golem pet in Warcraft. Likewise, Warcraft players who have reached level 100 in game will be rewarded with an Ironside Dire Wolf mount to ride around on in Heroes of the Storm. These rewards are ready to be collected now if you meet the criteria all you need to do is log into either game to claim them.
But that’s not all, Hearthstone players haven’t been forgotten about. After reaching level 12 in Heroes of the Storm, Hearthstoners will get a nice new HotS themed card back and in return 100 wins in Blizzard’s Warcraft themed card battler gets you the Hearthstone card mount for use in Heroes.
Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm both mark Blizzard’s push into the free to play market and both are fantastic ways to expand the World of Warcraft as well as their other titles such as Diablo and Starcraft. So there’s plenty of ways to get rewarded by spreading your playtime out over the Blizzard collection in the coming weeks and an excuse to bury more time sat in front of the PC, like we need any more excuses for that…
