Classic PlayStation 2 title Hot Shots Tennis will join the list of games available to play on PlayStation 4 as revealed on the PlayStation Blog.
Hot Shots Tennis, originally released in North America on the PS2 in 2007, is the sixth game in the Hot Shots series.
“A tennis game for everyone! Filled with classic Hot Shots personality and true tennis gameplay, play against a quirky case of tennis pros and challenge your friends and family in singles or even four-player doubles matches. Tennis will never be the same!” the game’s description reads.
Hot Shots Tennis includes the following modes to enjoy:
- Training Mode – Perfect your tennis skills! Learn to position yourself, hit a the perfect serve, volley at the net, and lay down a powerful overhead smash!
- Challenge Mode – Work your way up seven classes of difficulty to become the ultimate Hot Shot!
- Tennis with Everybody – Play head to head with a friend for an intense singles match or play doubles with up to four players.
Hot Shots Tennis is designed for easy pick up and play, with over 14 different characters to choose from. The game also contains 11 different courts ranging from a Hawaiian beach, Old West Town, Greek ruins, and more. Additional costumes, courts, and more unlock as you progress through the game.
While no price has been revealed for the PS2 classic yet, it will be available on the PlayStation Store on Tuesday, September 13.
