Fleshing out the plague riddled city of Yharnam, the trailer shows off just what players can expect when From Software’s Bloodborne hits PS4 next month. Complete with monster slaying and appropriately ‘blood’-themed voice over, the trailer paints a beautifully horrifying picture.
The trailer was released as part of IGN’s month of exclusive ‘first looks’ at the game. From the developers of the Dark Souls games, Bloodborne mixes up the formula with new weapons, like guns and scythes, and a gothic Victorian setting, but seems to promise the same unyielding difficulty players have come to expect from the developer.
Bloodborne is set to start killing you, and your friends, many many times, come March 24th in North America and March 25th in Europe.
