The next installment in the Rock Band franchise has been officially given a release date. Rock Band 4 by developer Harmonix has been slated for a release this year!
Rock Band 4 will be coming October 6, 2015. Rock Band 4 will have the largest library of playable songs to date in the franchise as many of the previous songs will also be compatible with the newest version. Harmonix is boasting a list of over 1,500 songs that are expected to be playable, all with the unique drum, bass guitar, lead guitar, and vocal tracks. We should also be able to expect DLC content similar to Rock Band and Guitar Hero song packs in the past.
Rock Band 4 is now available for pre-order on Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, and PS3 consoles.
