In the latest edition of Famitsu, details roll out on the collaborative project between Tri-Ace who are responsible for the Star Ocean series and Chunsoft who were responsible for the Danganronpa games. The project is a new ip and will be a RPG called Exist Archive: The Other Side of the Sky
It is cited that the composer for this game will be Motoi Sakuraba who is known for his work on the Golden Sun series as well as the Tales of and the prior Star Ocean games.
Exist Archive is set in modern Tokyo where after an incident involving an explosion, hurl 12 people into a different world where they are caught in a struggle between Gods. The twelve people are presumably the key characters in this game and shown in some images.
There is currently no word on a release date for neither the West nor Japan, but the game is still under development and is expected to be released in Japan later this year. Exist Archive: The Other Side of the Sky will be out on the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation Vita.
