The Witcher 3‘s new game plus is first available to Xbox One owners.
The Witcher 3‘s dlc for new game plus has come to the Xbox One before the other versions of the game. The update has not yet been released for the PS4 or PC, but it will most likely be available soon. The downloadable content can be downloaded for the Xbox One console here.
The new game plus mode will allow players to restart the game, while keeping all of their skill upgrades and items. The mode will allow you to obtain better loot than the first playthrough of the game. The enemies will also be stronger than before. There is a possibility that the enemies will more abundant as well.
The Witcher 3‘s Modkit, mod tools, were released August 14th, but it was only for the PC. It is unclear as to whether or not the mod tools will ever be available to the PS4 and Xbox One. Technical difficulties hinder Modkit from coming to the PS4 and Xbox One.
