Another athlete has joined NBA 2K16’s list of superstars to grace the cover. Pacer’s star, Paul George, is joining James Harden, Stephen Curry and Anthony Davis; creating a total of four available athletes, but with an added twist.
George has become the first athlete to head the cover of NBA 2K16’s companion app. The app will allow players to access the in-game stats and purchases through MyCareer and MyPlayer; permitting easy access for those who want to keep track of their Spike Lee produced story.
This isn’t the first time 2K’s basketball series have included various covers for consumers to choose. In NBA 2K12, players had the option of having Hall of Fame inductees such as Michael Jordan, Larry Bird and Earvin “Margic” Johnson to choose from.
The game is currently out for purchase through retail and download stores for consoles and PC.
