There are a number of video games that earn a player a badge of honor when completed, due to their challenges and overall greatness. Most titles in the Legend of Zelda series fall under this category. For one gamer, completing one of these games meant a lot more than bragging rights among friends.

This weekend, a YouTube gamer called MegaTgarret completed the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, but he did it without the use of sight. As a blind gamer, he used a Nintendo 64 emulator that allows for special save states and two speakers in front of him to help him hear his surroundings better. After 5 years of coursing through The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Ganon has been defeated and MegaTgarret can now say he has done the unthinkable.

Check out the video from MegaTgarret below where he describes his system. This is a true inspirational story for anyone that ever thought they couldn’t achieve something due to a condition. You can do anything you set your mind towards.
