When the first Bioshock was released in 2007, it made a big in the way video games were looked at. The story, atmosphere, and overall feeling of it was nothing any gamer had seen before. This continued on for the rest of the series.
If you never played any of the Bioshock games for yourself, you may get your chance at them all with enhanced graphics and style. There have been reports of seeing a game called Bioshock: The Collection listed by certain retailers to be in production for PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, and PS3. It is somewhat hard to imagine a collection like this going to last generation consoles, but also not impossible. Either way, it would be great to see this wonderful franchise put together in a masterful collection.
Whether you would be playing them for the hundredth time or the first, Bioshock: The Collection is something we can all get behind. Let’s hope this doesn’t turn out to just be a rumor.
