Hyrule Warriors first debuted on the Wii U, the game playing similar to the franchise Dynasty Warriors.
Since then the game has been considered a success by fans of Nintendo and the Dynasty Warriors games, bringing Legend of Zelda characters to life on the battlefield.
Hyrule Warriors: Legends will be making its way to the 3DS on March 25th, 2016. Along with bringing the game over to a portable device, Nintendo is allowing for more amiibo support.
A majority of amiibo’s are supported, but those that will get you the most benefit is Link, Zelda, Gannondorf, Toon Link, Sheik, and Wolf Link. These amiibo’s are designed for The Legend of Zelda franchise, first introduced through Super Smash Bros. amiibo line.
