Xbox Live Gold members will be able to play Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege for free this upcoming weekend.
The game will be available for free from 9 a.m. PT on Thursday, July 28th, to 11:59 p.m. PT Sunday, July 31st, as a part of Xbox Live Gold’s Free Play Days event. During the free period, the full game can also be purchased at a discount. Players can continue their progress made in the trial if they choose to make the purchase later.
“Gold members in Xbox One markets can experience the most exciting and strategic tactical shooter available,” Xbox said on their official site. “Intense close quarters confrontations, high lethality, tactics, team play, and explosive action are at the center of the experience.”
In other Rainbow Six Siege-related news, the game’s third expansion, Operation Skull Rain, was announced. Season pass owners will be able to access the DLC seven days early on August 2nd.
