Sega has announced that Football Manager 2017 will launch on November 4th, 2016.

Those who pre-order Football Manager 2017 will gain access to download and play the game’s beta version two weeks prior to the game’s full release. Any progress made in your career during this beta version will then carry over into the main game.

“Take control of your favourite football team in Football Manager 2017, the most realistic and immersive football management game to date. It’s the closest thing to doing the job for real!” the game’s description reads. “With over 2,500 real clubs to manage and over 500,000 real footballers and staff to sign, Football Manager 2017 elevates you into a living, breathing world of football management with you at the centre.”

Additionally, the same day will see the release of Football Manager Touch 2017, a “more streamlined, ‘transfers and tactics’ way to manage,” available on PC, Max or Linux. Pre-ordering Football Maanger 2017 will also offer players multiple DLC codes for Football Manager Touch, including ‘No Firing,’ ‘All Job Applications,’ ‘National Management,’ and three new challenges to play in the game’s challenge mode.

More details on the game, including new and updated features, will be revealed in the days leading up to the beta and release.
