The latest expansion for the The Division introduced a new game mode. Survival offers a hardcore experience with survival mechanics and permadeath. The mode hosts 24 players, and is session based, with games taking up to 2 hours. Survival lets players enable either PvP or PvE. In PvP, players will be able to either fight against each other, or cooperate. Though PvP comes with higher risks, it will also come with higher rewards. Players will be able to work with one another in PvE, as PvP will be disabled, even in the Dark Zone.

The Division is available now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
