Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is being hailed as one of the best Harry Potter movies, and LEGO is known as one of the best franchises in general, so what happens when they team up? Pure magic. LEGO Dimensions is planning to release a new story pack, themed around the new movie, now available.
“Play the complete movie and help Newt Scamander find his escaped magical creatures in New York City across 6 action-packed levels of gameplay. Use a variety of spells, including Diffindo, Reparo and Lumos, and interact with creatures like the Niffler, Swooping Evil, Bowtruckle and more.”
The trailer shows several interesting crossovers, including Lord of The Rings and even Scooby Doo, along with many of the interesting creatures found in the Fantastic Beasts movie.
The story pack will follow Newt Scamander through the entire movie, through 6 new levels and plenty of new characters and creatures. The pack will also include new battle arenas, where you can “-challenge friends in 4-player competitive split-screen. So grab your favorite characters and make room for new ones to continue the LEGO Dimensions adventure.”
LEGO Dimensions and the Fantastic Beasts story packs are available for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and WiiU.
