The Halo franchise is easily one of the most successful and revered names in the video game industry. It all began with Halo: Combat Evolved on the original Xbox in 2001. Since then, there are have been plenty more First Person Shooter games with Master Chief and others. There has also been a Real Time Strategy with Halo Wars. The anticipated sequel, Halo Wars 2, is now available on Windows and Xbox One. Thanks to our good friend at Xbox, Larry “Major Nelson” Herb, you can now give the latest title from 343 Industries a little trial run of your own before making a full purchase commitment. Halo Wars 2 now has a demo available for download on the Xbox One. Included is the first campaign mission, “The Signal”, as well as Blitz Firefight where you can fight off hordes of enemies.
This demo is available for anyone with an Xbox Live Gold Membership and will soon be arriving on Windows 10 for anyone with a Microsoft account. After the demo has fully sold you, Halo Wars 2 is available for purchase on the Xbox One and Windows now.
