Nintendo has officially revealed when their first social media app, Miitomo, will launch in the United States: March 31st.
Since its launch in Japan, the app has been widely seen as a success by its users thanks to an enormous amount of new features like Mii customization and the “Everybody Answers” events. If you’re interested in pre-registering for the app, you can now do so on the Miitomo website. Furthermore, linking your My Nintendo account while registering will earn you additional My Nintendo Platinum Points.
As of now it’s not clear whether the United States release date for Miitomo reflects all of North America, but if not, Nintendo has said they plan to launch the social media app worldwide throughout 2016.
