Rare has stated that it looks forward to announcing a new project at this years Elecronic Entertainment Expo.
We don’t have much to go on at this point, however. What we do know is that ex-rare employees are currently working on Yooka-Laylee – the spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie. Therefore, it would be bizarre if Rare was also at work on something similar.
Simon Woodroffe – creative director for Rare – stated that a new project will be announced at E3 2015 and that “this is more fun than anything we’ve ever done.”
What could it be? What do you want it to be? Imagine if it turned out that Rare was developing 007 Spectre like it did with Goldeneye!
