Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them is the first spin off movie from the world dominating Harry Potter franchise. Adapted from J.K. Rowling’s 2001 story, this story takes us back to the world of wizards and magic. It’s due out in November next year and the first teaser trailer is here. Check it out below:
The movie features the adventures of writer Newt Scamander in New York’s secret community of witches and wizards seventy years before Harry Potter reads his book in school. It features a promising cast with Eddie Redmayne leading as Scamander and accompanied on screen by the likes of Colin Farrell, Ezra Miller, Jon Voight, Ron Perlman and Samantha Morton. David Yates, who was in charge of the final four Harry Potter movies, will be directing so expect a similar feel to what we’ve seen from J.K. Rowling’s adaptations so far.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is set to hit cinemas on November 18th 2016.
