The latest content pack for Killing Floor 2, entitled Tropical Bash, has been released.
Tropical Bash introduces a number of new features to Killing Floor 2. This includes a new map called Zed Landing, which takes place on a tropical island with an active volcano. A new Zed has been introduced as well: the dual-bladed Gorefiend.
Also introduced in Tropical Bash is the Bone Crusher. The Bone Crusher is a tier 4 makeshift mace and shield for the Berserker perk. Dual Perk Weapons have also been added. Weapons can now belong to more than one perk, which increases the weapon choices available for each perk. Finally, new emotes have been introduced. All players will receive one for free, and will be able to obtain additional emotes by unlocking Emote Crates.
To celebrate the release of the new Killing Floor 2 DLC pack, the game will be on sale on both Steam and the PlayStation Store. On Steam, the title will be 33% off starting today, January 19th, with the sale ending on January 23rd at 10:00 a.m. PST. In North America, Killing Floor 2 will be 33% off from January 19th through Monday, January 23rd at 8:00 a.m. PST.
Killing Floor 2 is available now for PC and PlayStation 4. Tropical Bash is available now.
