Ubisoft has revealed a new Operator for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege.

The new Operator will be a part of Rainbow Six Siege’s upcoming Operation Velvet Shell DLC. The Operator, Mira, was briefly shown in a new teaser trailer (shown below). She will be one of two new Operators in Velvet Shell. Ubisoft teased that both Operators, as well as a new map, will be shown in full at the Six Invitational this weekend.

Rainbow Six Siege’s upcoming Operation Velvet Shell DLC was revealed last month. The DLC will be the first of the new season. Details for the expansion will be a part of the Six Invitational, which is an Xbox One and PC tournament for the best players from around the world. The event will also feature Q&A sessions, as well as panels discussing the game. A key topic at the event will be the future of the game and what the developers are aiming to achieve through prospective updates. The Six Invitational will take place in Montreal, and will start at 10 a.m. EST on February 3rd, and will end with the Grand Final on February 5th.
