As always with amiibo, we are not always sure what is in the works until an official announcement is made. However, we did receive news that Marth will officially make its way back to Target soon. In the Best Buy rumor mill, two separate employees in two different stores stated that reprinted Meta Knight amiibo will be shipped to Best Buy stores around the nation by May 20th to be sold on May 29th.
That is the same release day as Splatoon, so if the rumor is true, it could be a big day for both Nintendo and Best Buy. This rumor is not confirmed but it’s looking more and more likely. If you are wanting the extremely rare (as of now) Meta Knight amiibo, keep close to your local Best Buy on May 29th.
