Another patch as been released from CD Projekt Red to try and tackle what’s left of the bugs, glitches and crashes in The Witcher 3. The update, which is being referred to as a hotfix rather than a patch, fixes a small number of problems in the game. The small amount of changes probably explains the reason CD Projekt have decided to call this a hotfix as so far each patch to the game has included a great deal more improvement.

Here are the list of changes:

“- Fixes the endless loading screen when fighting the Ice Giant during the quest ‘Lord of Undvik’
– Geralt’s clothes will no longer be wet after leaving the menu
– The gate in the crypt now works correctly during the quest ‘Scavenger Hunt: Viper School Gear’
– Fixes the lack of interaction with Roche on Oxenfurt Bridge in the quest ‘Get Junior’
– Fixes an issue that prevented players from creating more than one item via Crafting/Alchemy”
The update ends with “The console version is on the way” and with CD Projekt’s dedication to the game since launch, the patch should be just around the corner for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. The hotfix called patch 1.06 is available for PC users now.
