Xbox One players of Forza Horizon 2 will be pleased to hear there’s a few free cars available right now.
Forza Horizon 2 players can expand their in-game car collection for free right now but only for a limited time and the freebies are exclusive to the Xbox One. Last gen players on the Xbox 360 do not have access to this this promotion.
For those who play Forza Horizon 2 on Xbox One, you’ll find a pair of Porsches waiting for your collection through the Forza Hub app. These two cars are available even if you haven’t bought the Porsche expansion pack and are available for download until Friday, July 24th.
The Porsches free for Xbox One players are the 2012 Porsche 911 GT2 RS and the 2012 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. They can only be collected through the Forza Hub app which can be downloaded from the Xbox One store; if you already have the app installed then just open it up and look for the “Two free Porsches” icon which will direct you to their download page.
Microsoft released a Porsche focused expansion last month for Forza Horizon 2 which included some new achievements. Three of those achievements will be available for players who grab these new cars in time.
If you’re interested in getting the two new Porches make sure you download them by Friday July 24th. You’ll be needing the Forza Hub app to do so and the app is pretty useful for Forza Horizon 2 fans as it provides an easier way to access Forza Rewards while giving you in-game currency and cars just for being devoted to the game series.
