The Mega Man Legacy collection, a $15 bundle of the first six Mega Man games that have been “faithfully reproduced”, is coming digitally to Ps4, Xbox One and PC on August 25th. The digital 3DS edition will launch early 2016.

Originally planned as a digital-only release, Capcom have decided to also launch physical versions for all platforms, which will cost $30 and arrive early 2016. What additional content the physical version will have to justify the doubled price tag is yet to be detailed.

The Mega Man Legacy Collection comes with a new challenge mode, full, wide and original viewing options and online leaderboards (with video replays) as well as a collection of images, concept art, and other assets from the iconic franchise’s history.
