Rise of the Tomb Raider was reportedly said to be coming to PC in “early” 2016, but if a new leak by Amazon France is to be believed, it could be extremely early 2016.
A listing on the French site of Amazon listed January 29 as the release date for Rise of the Tomb Raider on PC. The game came to Xbox One and Xbox 360 earlier this year on November 10 after Square Enix announced it would make its way to PC in early 2016 and PS4 during next year’s holiday season.
“The game will be a console exclusive to Xbox One and Xbox 360 for one year after its initial launch,” a previous press release read. “Coming to PlayStation 4 (PS4) in Holiday 2016.”
In our review of Rise of the Tomb Raider, we said, “Rise of the Tomb Raider is arguably one of the best action-adventure games of 2015. When Nathan Drake moved into 2016, he handed this holiday season to Lara Croft, and she clearly took no time making it her own. Lara’s latest round is a beautiful, engrossing adventure that stands out during this busy time of the year and deserves your time and attention. If you have an Xbox One, this one should rise to the top of the your list.”
