With new patches and downloads coming to hit titles all the time, the lasting appeal of a game is longer than ever. That being said, keeping up with MMO’s can sometimes be a struggle, even if the reward is great. The developers of Final Fantasy XIV want to help bring back those players who have lost their way.
Square Enix is giving a free month of Final Fantasy XIV to any previous subscribers who purchased and registered the game, have been inactive for at least 30 days, and wish to return. This campaign is from now until April 13th at 11:39 pm Pacific Time. Each player will have 96 hours of free login to enjoy the brand new 3.2 patch and everything else this magical online experience has to offer.
Phil Spencer also stated that he wanted Final Fantasy XIV to be on Xbox One when discussing the possibility of cross-platform play. The future is looking bright for young gamers.
