Shenmue III was unveiled at E3 2015, and the game has had a successful backing via Kickstarter.
Breaking several Kickstarter records, Yu Suzuki found the funding to finally create the third chapter of the franchise.
In the most recent update, Yu Suzuki released 5 new screenshots for the game, which is currently still in development.
Along with the screenshots, there were small updates regarding the game and some of the Kickstarter tier rewards.
One of the updates was with the screenshots, as Shibuya Productions will be hosting the Monaco Anime Game International Conferences. Yu Suzuki will be giving a presentation on Shenmue III, and unveiling in progress screenshots that were revealed with the update.
For those that purchased the tier on Kickstarter that allowed for a dinner and planning meeting regarding the game, that will be held this weekend.
