Final Fantasy XV will feature a large number of quests when it releases this fall.

Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata told Game Informer (via Nova Crystalis) that the game will feature over 200 quests spread across four different mission types. The four mission types include main story, fun (fishing/chocobo racing) monster hunts, and regional quests. The team is looking to add even more before the game releases.

Last month it was revealed that Final Fantasy XV will take around 50 hours to complete. It is likely that this number does not include completing all of the optional quests found in the game.

Final Fantasy XV will release on September 30th. The game will release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Along with the game, Square Enix will release an anime and CG movie that will help expand the world of Final Fantasy XV. A second demo was also released.
