From the makers of Borderlands, Battleborn is MOBA-like shooter that encourages players to build up the perfect team in order to take down the opponents. One of the best parts of this new era of MOBA type games is all the fun and interesting characters that come from these titles. Not all of them, however, are exactly good guy material. Take for example, the newest character to slither his way into Battleborn.
“Hailing from the water world of Akopos, and pals with Alani, Pendles is a cold-blooded killer,” 2K stated. “No, literally. This anthropomorphized reptile will ssssneak up on you, poison you, perforate you with dual kamas then – poof – disappear without leaving a trace. Oh, yeah, and he wears a dope pair of sneakers.” This new scaly hero was previously announced for Battleborn, but now we know when we’ll be able to see him in action.
For those who have the Season Pass, Pendles will be available in early access on July 28th at 9:00 am PT. Everyone else will get him a week later on August 4th. This Rogue character should come in handy once players figure out his strengths for the team.
