If you have never heard of it, Life is Strange is an episodic adventure game that received a lot of positive reception for its interactive storytelling and gameplay. The characters of Max, Chloe, and others are beautifully crafted and get in the hearts and minds of everyone who has played this game. It is time for the audience to grow by using a new format to tell this tale.

Evidently, some members of Legendary Digital Studios witnessed the great storytelling of Life is Strange for themselves. With that, the studio is teaming up with Square Enix and dj2 Entertainment to turn it into a live-action series. “Life is Strange is one of those rare properties that combines incredibly developed characters and storylines with deeply engaging gameplay,” Senior VP of Development and Production, Greg Siegel stated. “It lends itself perfectly to live-action imaginings. We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Square Enix, Dontnod Entertainment, and dj2 to bring the world of Arcadia Bay to life in an exciting new way.”

This team is currently looking for potential writers to help adapt Life is Strange into a live-action series. After that, it will most likely be released on Netflix, Hulu, or some other digital market of that nature.
