It may seem strange to some, but the idea of traveling around the world and catching strange creatures in little balls and adding them to your team is something that millions of people have fantasized about for years. This is due to the phenomena known as Pokemon that Nintendo brought us a long time ago. It hasn’t gone away yet, in fact, it is stronger than ever.
Earlier this month, Nintendo released the demo for their latest blockbusters on the 3DS, Pokemon Sun and Moon. This demo must have hit all the right notes, because records are breaking all over the place from the title. First, it had the fastest start to any demo in the history of the Nintendo 3DS. At 3.5 million downloads, it is also the most downloaded demo for the 3DS eShop.
Everyone wants to make sure they can get their hands on Pokemon Sun and Moon as soon as it is fully released. With this, it has become the best pre-selling game in the history of Nintendo. We don’t know the exact number, but considering the classic Nintendo lineup, it must be a doozy.
