Some of you young kids may not know this, but before Call of Duty the war game genre was ruled by another franchise. Inspired by Steven Spielberg’s Saving Private Ryan, Medal of Honor deeply immersed players in the intense and emotional experiences of a World War II soldier. Now you can try out one of these great titles at no charge.
EA’s Origin Store provides a vast amount of its great titles on PC. Now, with its On the House promotion, you can download Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault completely free. Once downloaded, it will be in your library forever. There is no catch whatsoever, but there is no word on how long this promotion will last. “Our goal is to provide a great gaming experience and a way to discover awesome new games,” the website states. “Having a game in your library, for free, is a fantastic way to see what Origin is all about.”
There’s no telling what future games will be On the House through EA’s Origin Store. Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault is a great way to start though.
