Injustice 2, the much-anticipated sequel to Injustice: Gods Among Us, has detailed the characters available in Special Edition versions of the game, including many fan-favorites, and a particularly tempting pre-order bonus.
First, fans who pre-order the game will get access to Darkseid, one of the most powerful characters in the DC Universe, as a playable character.
Purchases of the Injustice Digital Deluxe Edition will give players a character skin-swap for Supergirl, letting you play as Powergirl, complete with new voice and dialogue.
The Ultimate Edition, which is available as a physical copy or a digital download, has the Supergirl/Powergirl swap, while also giving fans access to The Reverse Flash, and John Stewart’s Green Lantern.
Highlights from the released character roster include Jaime Reyes’ Blue Beetle, the Red Lantern Corps’ Atrocitus, and Gorilla Grodd. The roster, according to the website, is only one third filled, implying that many new heroes and villains are on their way to the game in the future.
Special Editions of the game also come with exclusive shader packs to customize your roster in the final version of the game.
