We may be seeing Batman: Arkham VR come to more platforms than just the PlayStation VR.

On NeoGAF, it was spotted on an add that Batman: Arkham VR will be exclusive to the PlayStation VR until March 31, 2017. No official announcements have been made just yet, but the wording on the add does make it seem like the title could be coming to the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.

The VR version of Resident Evil VII also seems to be a timed PlayStation VR exclusive. Similar to Batman: Arkham VR, an add for Resident Evil VII has fine print that states that the VR version of the title will be exclusive to the PlayStation version for 12 months. This would not be surprising as the title is also coming to PC.

Batman: Arkham VR was first announced at E3 this past June. The game is one of the 50 titles that were promised to release between this October and the end of the year. A trailer for the title was released in June, but did not give many details on what to expect when the title releases.

Batman: Arkham VR will release on October 13th for the PlayStation 4, alongside the PlayStation VR.
